Abstract:
A method for preparing a nano-phase reinforced nickel-based high-temperature alloy using micron ceramic particles. In the method, a nickel-based high-temperature alloy is used as a matrix, and one or more of TiC, TiB 2, WC and Al 2O 3 are used as a reinforcing phase. The particle size of a ceramic particle raw material used as the reinforcing phase is 1-5 μm, and the amount added is 1-5 wt.%. A nickel-based high-temperature alloy composite powder having uniformly distributed nano-ceramic is prepared by means of a specific ball milling process. A nano-ceramic phase reinforced nickel-based high-temperature alloy is prepared by means of a 3D printing technology. The nano-ceramic phase of the prepared material has uniform distribution and excellent mechanical properties. By using micron-sized ceramic particles, the costs are low, and parts with any complex shape may be integrally formed, thereby improving the material utilization rate.
