Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing nanoparticles having a hydrophilic ligand and an antibody conjugated to the surface thereof, the method comprising the steps of: preparing nanoparticles having a hydrophilic ligand conjugated to the surface thereof; diluting the nanoparticles in a buffer to form a nanoparticle mixed buffer; mixing an antibody in the nanoparticle mixed buffer and stirring same to form a nanoparticle-antibody conjugate mixed buffer; and adding a blocking solution to the nanoparticle-antibody conjugate mixed buffer and stirring same to form a blocked nanoparticle-antibody conjugate mixed buffer, whereby an antibody can be directly conjugated without needing an additional chemical linker, with the consequent improvement of efficiency and reproducibility in production process.
