Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a natural ink for digital textile printing, comprising the steps of: (S10) extracting each of a plurality of natural dyes so as to obtain natural dye extracts expressing C, M, Y and K colors, which are basic colors for digital printing; (S20) treating the natural dye extracts with an enzyme so as to isolate ingredients other than dyes, treating same with a polymer coagulant, and then separating same into layers by centrifugation, thereby obtaining a dye fraction having a particle size of 300-500 nm; (S30) mixing an adjuvant and the dye fraction obtained in step (S20) of obtaining a dye fraction, thereby obtaining a natural dye; (S40) treating, with a solvent, starch isolated from a natural material, thereby obtaining a natural thickening agent for digital textile printing; and (S50) mixing the natural dye obtained in step (S30) of extracting a natural dye, the natural thickening agent obtained in step (S40) of obtaining a natural thickening agent for digital textile printing, and an additive, thereby obtaining a natural ink for digital textile printing, and thus a high-quality and eco-friendly natural ink usable for digital textile printing is manufactured.
