Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing natural latex thermosensitive embossed slip-proof gloves, comprising the following steps: preparing materials, mixing latex, immersing, embossing, drying, washing with water and re-drying. The raw materials of the material preparation step include glove blanks, a natural latex, ammonia water with a mass ratio of 16%-18%, a zinc ammonium complex, an aqueous polypropylene glycol solution with a mass ratio of 28%-30%, and a thickener, and the mass concentration of the natural latex is 60%. The beneficial effects of the present invention are: the glove produced by the method has the advantages of better improving the holding force and protecting force due to the fact that mechanical embossing is performed on the internal of the palm after latex impregnating, with the coating being capable of preventing a liquid from entering, being soft in texture, light and sensitive and good in breathability, being not easy to get tired after a long time of wearing, for a person and being particularly applicable to mechanical industry operations. Moreover, meanwhile, the influences of the zinc oxide therein on the ageing performance in the late period of the product and product blooming are avoided when a zinc ammonium complex is used as a heat sensitizing agent on the basis of being environmentally friendly.
