Abstract:
A method for preparing a negative electrode paste for a high-capacity silica-powder-doped lithium battery. Generally, by adding nanometer silica powder in the conventional process of preparing a negative electrode paste, the capacity playing performance of the material is improved and the requirement of lithium-ion batteries for a high energy density can be satisfied; in addition, by means of steps of the preparation of a thickening agent solution, powder dispersion, high-viscosity stir, low-viscosity stir, viscosity testing, vacuum foam removal and the like, components, particularly the nanometer silica powder, are fully dispersed into a negative electrode system, agglomeration of the nanometer silica powder is avoided, and the cycle stability is ensured. The method has the advantages of a short preparation time, low device abrasion, low production energy consumption, good dispersion effect, and the like. Lithium batteries prepared from the negative electrode paste provided in the method have low internal resistance, greatly-increased volume energy density, and good cycle performance of the batteries.
