Abstract:
The present application provides a method for preparing a new energy vehicle low-segregation motor rotor micro-alloy aluminum, comprising the following steps: (1) preheating a mixture of titanium, boron, silicon, iron, copper, magnesium, zinc and aluminum, then charging the mixture to a furnace for smelting, spreading a coating agent on the surface, and raising the temperature to 670~800°C; (2) adding a refining agent for refining, and standing to remove slag to obtain a refined melt A; (3) heating the refined melt A to 800~900°C, adding lanthanum, holding temperature for 15-30 min, adding ytterbium, stirring and spreading the coating agent, holding temperature for 10-60 min, and then cooling; (4) when the temperature is reduced to 670~800°C, adding a refining agent for refining, and covering the slag and letting the slag stand so as to obtain a refined melt B; (5) spraying a coating on the inside of a mold, pouring the refined melt B into the mold, centrifugally casting for 20-40s, and removing micro-alloy aluminum. The method eliminates pinholes by means of adding lanthanum and ytterbium, and improves the mechanical properties of micro-alloy aluminum. By means of regulating and controlling each preparation step, the cooling time is shortened, the migration and aggregation of TiAl3 and TiB2 are reduced, and segregation is decreased.
