Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for preparing nucleotide triphosphate. Provided in the present invention is a method for preparing a nucleotide triphosphate triethylamine salt, the method comprising the following steps: separating the nucleotide triphosphate to be purified, the active component of which is nucleotide triphosphate as represented by formula C, by means of chromatography, and performing preparation to obtain the nucleotide triphosphate triethylamine as represented by formula D. The preparation method achieves large-scale automatic preparation of various modified and non-modified nucleotide triphosphates, and has a good universality and a high separation degree.
