Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing an OLED device, comprising: providing a basic OLED device; on a light-emitting side surface of the basic OLED device, forming a hydrophobic layer selectively coated on the light-emitting side surface by means of ink-jet printing; and forming an optical coupling rate enhancement layer on a region of the light-emitting side surface that is not coated with the hydrophobic layer by means of selective atomic precipitation. The optical coupling rate enhancement layer is formed between the adjacent hydrophobic layers, thus forming a periodically distributed array, and thereby improving the optical coupling efficiency. Meanwhile, the means of ink-jet printing and the means of selective atomic precipitation employed in the above preparation method are both processes employed during the preparation of other parts of the OLED device. The preparation process is simple, the cost is low, the whole process does not require the use of chemical reagents, and there is no damage to the OLED device.
