Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing oxamide from dimethyl oxalate, comprising: 1) mixing a dimethyl oxalate stream, a methanol raw material stream and a liquid ammonia stream to perform an ammonolysis reaction to provide an ammonolysis product stream; 2) performing solid-liquid separation on the ammonolysis product stream to provide a first liquid phase stream and a first solid phase stream; 3) rectifying the first liquid phase stream to provide a first ammonia stream and a methanol crude product stream; condensing the first ammonia stream to provide a first liquid ammonia recovery stream, which can be used in the ammonolysis reaction; refining the methanol crude product stream to provide a methanol product stream; 4) drying the first solid phase stream to provide an oxamide product and a first gas phase stream; and 5) performing condensation and gas-liquid separation on the first gas phase stream to provide a second ammonia stream and a methanol recovery stream. The present invention is a method for continuously synthesizing oxamide, in which unreacted ammonia can be recycled.
