Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing an oxide thin film and, more particularly, to a method for preparing an oxide thin film using a low-temperature process, an oxide thin film, and an electronic device manufactured therewith. The present invention allows for the formation of a functional oxide thin film of high performance with ease and at high speed in a low-temperature solution process, thus greatly reducing production cost and time with the consequent great improvement of productivity.
