Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing a p-xylene co-produced gasoline from methanol and/or dimethyl ether, relating to the field of chemistry and chemical engineering. The method comprises at least the following step: enabling a contact reaction between a methanol and/or dimethyl ether-containing raw material and a catalyst to obtain a gasoline component product and a p-xylene product, the catalyst being selected from at least one of metal-modified and silanization reagent-modified zeolite molecular sieve catalysts. According to the method, a p-xylene co-produced gasoline having low heavy aromatic content can be prepared at a 100% raw material conversion rate in a high-selectivity manner. The method further comprises separating a benzene and toluene-containing component and/or a C4 alkene-containing component from a product and feeding the components back to continue the reaction, so that the selectivity and yield for p-xylene are improved. The method is simple and flexible to operate and strong in applicability, can save costs and improve production economics, and thus has an important application value.
