Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing polyarabogalacturonic acid by using dried tangerine peel. The dried tangerine peel is subjected to pulverization, leaching by adding water, and separation, and a leaching liquid is collected, and then concentrated, ethanol is added to precipitate a polysaccharide substance, the precipitate is collected to obtain a crude polysaccharide of dried tangerine peel, the crude polysaccharide of dried tangerine peel is purified by means of an anion exchange column, and gradient eluted using water and an NaCl solution, a component eluted from the NaCl solution is collected, same is concentrated and then continues to be purified by a gel filtration column, and eluted using water, and the target component is collected, and concentrated to dryness to obtain the polyarabogalacturonic acid. The method prepares the polyarabogalacturonic acid from dried tangerine peel and separates out same, with a yield of 6-45 g/kg (a purity of 80%-95%).
