Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing polymeric micelle nanoparticles and, more particularly, to a method for preparing polymeric micelle nanoparticles, in which, by preparing drug-containing nanoparticles under specific conditions by using an amphiphilic block copolymer having a certain level of low molecular weight, the nanoparticles are rapidly reconstructed in an aqueous medium such as physiological saline, have excellent stability and uniformity, and are capable of providing a formulation having a reduced amount of related substances.
