Abstract:
Provided is a method of preparing a polyurethane hydrogel, the method comprising: according to a mass ratio of 1-7:1, heating dehydrated polyol and polyisocyanate to 70-90°C under a nitrogen atmosphere to react for 2-4 h; cooling the reaction system to 40-50°C, adding 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid and acetone to react for 0.5-1.5 h; cooling to room temperature, adding triethylamine, reacting for 10-20 min, stirring at a high speed of 800-1000 r/min, adding water dropwise for dispersion, and distilling for 2 h under reduced pressure to remove acetone, thus an aqueous polyurethane emulsion may be obtained; mixing the aqueous polyurethane emulsion with a polyvinyl alcohol solution according to a mass ratio of 1-45:10; freezing at -25°C for 8-12 h, then thawing at room temperature for 4-6 h, and repeatedly freezing and thawing multiple times to obtain a polyurethane hydrogel.
