Abstract:
Provided by the present invention is a method for preparing a porous polymer semi-permeable membrane: in a solvent which can dissolve both, dissolving and mixing a hydrophobic polynorbornene polymer with a hydrophilic small molecule crosslinker containing a thiol functional group to obtain a coating solution; coating the surface of a biosensor electrode, and drying and separating hydrophobic and hydrophilic components from each other, then forming a film and crosslinking and then removing the unreacted hydrophilic small molecule crosslinker and re-drying to obtain a porous polymer semi-permeable membrane; also disclosed is a product. In the product obtained by the preparation method of the present invention, the hydrophobic nature of the polymer enables good adhesion of the porous polymer semi-permeable membrane to the surface of the biosensor, and the porous structure ensures the diffusion of biological material to the surface of the biosensor and regulates the diffusion rate of the biological substance in semi-permeable membrane without needing to change the thickness of the polymer membrane significantly.
