Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing powder-type blue juice tea containing a green tea powder fortified with GABA and theanine ingredients, and relates to a method for preparing powder-type blue juice tea containing green tea leaves fortified with GABA and theanine ingredients by carrying out roasting treatment five times at different temperatures, respectively, after carrying out anaerobic treatment.
