Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a single-phase modified sodium hyaluronate gel. The gel is biocompatible. Same undergoes a cross-linking reaction with reasonable parameters. The cross-linking reaction is terminated by removing a cross-linking agent and a cross-linking environment by means of dialysis. The mixing with a mobile phase after homogenization further enhances the degree of aggregation and applicability of the gel. The addition of an anesthetic is based on considerations for comfort. Also disclosed are the gel and uses thereof.
