Abstract:
A method for preparing a small-molecule ass-hide glue polypeptide product. The method comprises the following steps: S1. pretreatment of ass-hide glue: crushing ass-hide glue blocks as raw materials, dissolving same by adding water, performing centrifugation to remove grease on the upper layer, and performing filtration to obtain an ass-hide glue solution; S2. enzymatic hydrolysis treatment of ass-hide glue: adjusting the pH of the ass-hide glue solution to 5.5, adding papain, and deactivating the enzyme after the enzymatic hydrolysis reaction is completed; and then adjusting the pH of the solution to 6.0, adding a compound bio-enzyme, and deactivating the enzyme after the enzymatic hydrolysis reaction is completed to obtain an ass-hide glue enzymatic hydrolyzate; S3. posttreatment of ass-hide glue: sequentially performing filtering, odor removing and drying crushing treatment on the ass-hide glue enzymatic hydrolyzate to obtain an ass-hide glue polypeptide compound for later use; S4. treatment of adjuvant: crushing an adjuvant, and then performing alcohol extraction to obtain an alcohol extract; performing water extraction on the remaining drug residues after the alcohol extraction of the adjuvant to obtain a water extract; and respectively distilling the alcohol extract and the water extract under reduced pressure to obtain an alcohol extract concentrate and a water extract concentrate, and then combining and drying the alcohol extract concentrate and the water extract concentrate to obtain a liquid extract of the adjuvant; and S5, preparation of a product: preparing the ass-hide glue polypeptide compound, the liquid extract of the adjuvant and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier into a solid oral preparation, i.e., the small-molecule ass-hide glue polypeptide product. The above-mentioned preparation method has a high preparation efficiency and strong operability, and is easy to industrialize.
