Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for preparing a solar cell, and a solar cell, for improving the performance of solar cells. The method comprises: depositing a transparent conductive thin film layer on a surface of a core layer of a solar cell; preparing a grid line on a surface of the transparent conductive thin film layer, and electrically connecting the grid line with the transparent conductive thin film layer; carrying out protection processing on the grid line; depositing an anti-reflection thin film layer on the surface of the transparent conductive film layer; and removing protection of the grid line.
