Abstract:
In a method for preparing a sulfide-based solid electrolyte according to embodiments, a solvent and a precursor are mixed in a reactor. An open vacuum atmosphere is formed in the reactor. While maintaining the open vacuum atmosphere in the reactor, the mixture inside the reactor is reacted under conditions of stirring or of application of ultrasonic waves. A high-purity sulfide-based solid electrolyte can be prepared with high efficiency.
