Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing tetrodotoxin, particularly comprising the following steps: soaking; sedimentation; flocculation; ion-exchange; low-pressure column chromatography; efficient liquid chromatography column; and crystallization. The above steps employed by the present invention are closely related, better separate tetrodotoxin from 4-epitetrodotoxin, and greatly increase a yield rate of tetrodotoxin, and the purity of the prepared tetrodotoxin is greater than 99%.
