Title:
METHOD FOR PREPARING THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE GRAPHENE FILM FOR FABRIC
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/056625
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing a thermally conductive graphene film for fabric. The method comprises adding polyaniline to dimethylformamide, stirring the mixture uniformly and adding absolute ethanol until a viscous solution is formed; adding graphene to the viscous solution and stirring the mixture uniformly until a viscous suspension is formed, injecting the viscous suspension into a mold, and squeezing and curing the viscous suspension at a constant temperature to obtain an electrically conductive network; soaking the electrically conductive network in absolute ethanol and performing microwave reaction for 10-20 min, taking out and oven drying the electrically conductive network to obtain an electrically conductive porous network; and dissolving polyaniline in dimethylformamide, stirring the mixture uniformly to obtain a viscous polyaniline solution, then evenly coating the viscous polyaniline solution onto the electrically conductive porous network, squeezing at a constant temperature for 2-4 h, followed by cooling to obtain the electrically conductive graphene film. The present invention solves the problem in which existing electrically conductive films for electrically heated fabric are relatively thick and heavy. Use of graphene and polyaniline to form an electrically conductive organic-inorganic single film can enhance the electric conductivity of the electrically conductive film while increasing the bonding force thereof, thus significantly raising the efficiency of electric heating.
