Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for preparing a titanium-resin bonded product, comprising the steps of: a first pore formation step of dipping, in a first solution, a substrate comprising titanium, and etching same to form pores on the substrate, in order to improve the adhesive strength between a resin and the substrate comprising titanium; a second pore formation step of dipping the substrate, which has the pores formed in the first pore formation step, in a second solution and etching same to form other pores; an electrolysis step of dipping, in an electrolytic solution, the substrate having passed through the second pore formation step, so as perform electrolysis; and a molding step of bonding the substrate and a polymer resin, and then performing injection molding, wherein the first solution is a basic solution having a pH greater than 7 and the second solution is an acidic solution having a pH less than 7.
