Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing a transparent ceramic part by injection molding. The method comprises the following steps: (1) forming a nanoscale organic acid coating layer on a surface of a ceramic powder to obtain a surface-modified ceramic powder; (2) mixing the surface-modified ceramic powder with a binder system to obtain a feedstock for a ceramic injection molding process; (3) performing injection molding to obtain a ceramic green body; (4) degreasing the ceramic green body; and (5) sintering the degreased ceramic green body to obtain the transparent ceramic part. The method can be used to prepare a high-performance transparent ceramic part with a complex shape.
