Abstract:
A method for preparing tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane of the present invention, comprising: a process of preparing tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane by continuous catalytic hydrogenation of tris(hydroxymethyl)nitromethane is carried out in a fixed bed reactor, and the fixed bed reactor is filled with a catalyst. The method for preparing tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane provided by the present invention is high in automation degree, can be produced online, is controllable in safety risk, can realize continuous feeding and discharging, is uniform in product, and improves the product yield and quality.
