Abstract:
A method for preparing an ultra-thin austenitic stainless steel strip with a bright surface: by means of the eight processes of manufacturing a precision control working roller, primary rolling, grinding, secondary rolling, bright annealing, finishing rolling, bright annealing, and levelling, preparing an austenitic stainless steel strip having a thickness of 0.05-0.1 mm, a surface gloss of GS≥600GU, and a surface roughness of Ra≤0.02 μm.
