Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present invention is a method for preparing, using coal gangue, a composite pigment filler for a coating. The method comprises: pretreating coal gangue, wherein the pretreating of coal gangue comprises screening the coal gangue, and coarsely crushing the screened coal gangue; heat-treating the pretreated coal gangue, wherein the heat treatment comprises calcining the coal gangue twice; subjecting the heat-treated coal gangue to an ultrafine crushing treatment by means of an ultrafine crushing device; subjecting the coal gangue which has been subjected to an ultrafine crushing treatment to physical modification, so as to obtain a composite pigment filler; and subjecting the composite pigment filler to chemical modification so as to obtain a modified composite pigment filler.
