Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing alcohol-washed rice, and alcohol-washed rice prepared by the method comprising the steps of: (a) dipping rice in an alcohol and stirring the same; (b) taking the stirred rice of step (a) out of the alcohol, and then dehydrating the same; and (c) volatilizing the alcohol by applying hot air to the dehydrated rice of step (b).
