Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, and provided is a method for preparing water-based polyurethane for synthetic leather. The method for preparing water-based polyurethane comprises the following steps: dehydrating 5-10 parts by mass of side chain polyether glycol and 45-50 parts by mass of polypropylene glycol under the protection of N2 (the dehydration conditions being: 100-110°C in a vacuum, and a dehydration time of 1-2 h), cooling to room temperature, adding 30-35 parts by mass of isophorone diisocyanate, adding dropwise 0.2-0.4 parts by mass of dibutyltin laurate, heating to 70-90°C, reacting for 1-3 h, then adding 2-4 parts by mass of dimethylolpropionic acid, and reacting for 1-3 h to then obtain a prepolymer; lowering the temperature of the prepolymer to below 50°C, adding 2-3 parts by mass of triethylamine, adding deionized water while stirring, and obtaining a water-based polyurethane emulsion. The water-based polyurethane for synthetic leather prepared by the method of the present invention has the advantage of being resistant to hydrolysis.
