Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing a wet-type dedusting agent for reducing coal dust. A component A of the dedusting agent contains, in 100 wt% of the amount of a solvent contained in the component A, 0.02-0.20 wt% of an anionic surfactant fast seepage T and 0.01-0.20 wt% of a non-ionic surfactant. A component B contains a solvent and 0.2-2.0 wt% of a water retention agent in 100 wt% of the total amount of a solvent contained in the component B. The mass ratio of the solvents contained in the component A and the component B is 1-3 : 1. The preparation of the dedusting agent comprises: adding the non-ionic surfactant into an anionic surfactant solution, and refluxing, stirring and cooling same to room temperature so as to obtain the component A; adding the water retention agent into a solvent to obtain the component B; and directly mixing the component A and the component B in a mass ratio of the contained solvents of 1-3 : 1 at room temperature and stirring same until uniform. The wet-type dedusting agent is sprayed at a coal mining site, such that the large amount of dust can be effectively reduced. The preparation method has the characteristics of a low cost, being non-toxic and a high efficiency.
