Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of wicks. Disclosed in the present invention are a method for preparing a wick, and a heat pipe comprising the wick. The method comprises the steps of preparing a skeleton: performing a hydrophilic treatment on an inner wall of a heat pipe housing; placing a microsphere suspension on the inner wall of the heat pipe housing, automatically laying out microspheres of the microsphere suspension by means of hydrophilicity of the inner wall of the heat pipe housing, wherein adjacent microspheres come into contact with each other and are stacked to form a microsphere template having a body-centered cubic close-packed structure; after the liquid of the microsphere suspension evaporates, performing a heat treatment on the microsphere template, such that contact positions of the microspheres are connected to each other; filling gaps between the microspheres with a metal material; and dissolving the microspheres, and then forming the skeleton after removing the dissolved liquid. The wick prepared by means of the method has good capillary properties, and the heat pipe prepared by the wick is superior with respect to a traditional heat pipe in terms of heat transfer performance, such that a better heat dissipation can be achieved for apparatuses.
