Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for synthesizing a Y-type molecular sieve with a high level of silicon by using a template agent. The specific synthesis process involves directly synthesizing a Y-type molecular sieve having an SiO2/Al2O3 skeleton, with a high silicon-to-aluminum ratio of greater than 6, by using a choline-based organic ammonium salt as the template agent under alkaline and hydrothermal conditions. Compared with the prior art, the use of a choline-based organic ammonium salt template agent has the advantages of inexpensiveness and low toxicity, and therefore, same has good industrial prospects and can be applied generally.
