Abstract:
A method for preventing allergic respiratory disease and a mouth and nose mask for implementing the method. In the method, the respiratory tract of a patient can be kept warm continuously by eliminating reduction of environmental temperature. Said mouth and nose mask includes a main mask body (1) and an inner mask body (7). A main vent hole (4) is disposed in the center of the main mask body (1). A certain distance is provided between the main mask body (1) and the inner mask body (7). Thus the mouth and nose mask can prevent the direct impact of cold air on the respiratory tract, slow down heat dissipation of exhaled air, heat the inhaled air, and simultaneously keep the respiratory tract warm.
