Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preventing cracks caused by resonance of fixed guide vanes of a reaction water turbine. The method comprises the steps of: determining a tail fin (4) according to the geometric dimension of the cross section of a fixed guide vane (3) on a seat ring of a reaction water turbine, and machining the tail fin (4) for standby application; reserving a distance h1 between upper ends of the tail fin (4) and an upper ring plate (1), and reserving a distance h2 between lower ends of the tail fin (4) and a lower ring plate (2), wherein h1 is 1-5% of the height h of the fixed guide vane (3), and h2 is 1-5% of the height h of the fixed guide vane (3); and installing the tail fin (4) on a water outlet edge of the fixed guide vane (3). The tail fin (4) is mounted on the fixed guide vane (3) of the water turbine, so that the excitation frequency of Karman Vortex Street can be increased to prevent hydraulic power elastic resonance, avoid cracks of the fixed guide vane (3) and prevent the water turbine from hissing.
