Abstract:
A method for preventing crystalline maltitol from caking during storage, comprising the following steps: performing online real-time detection on the temperature and humidity of dried crystalline maltitol; separately configuring screening and packaging conditions, secondary drying conditions, and aging conditions on an online thermos-hygrometer; respectively transporting crystalline maltitol under corresponding temperature and humidity conditions for screening and packaging, secondary drying, and aging; detecting the temperature and humidity of the crystalline maltitol after secondary drying or aging; if screening and packaging conditions are satisfied, transporting same for screening and packaging; otherwise, continuing to perform corresponding processing until the screening and packaging conditions are satisfied, and then transporting same for screening and packaging. The present invention saves resources, reduces production costs, and improves production efficiency.
