The present invention relates to a method for preventing the flow of body fluids toward the back and a plastic support for same, a body fluid absorbing article, and underwear, and, specifically, to: a method curving the body fluid absorbing article with underwear, which has a plastic core or a shrinkable part, so as to fill up a portion of a gluteal sulcus and the plastic support for same, thereby preventing body fluids from flowing toward the back; the body fluid absorbing article; and the underwear.
