Abstract:
A method of processing and connecting the vane of hollow glass vane, the said hollow
glass vane includes a vane assembly that would be set in the hollow glass. The said
vane assembly comprises an outer frame (1), brackets (14,25) provided on the
two opposite edges of the outer frame, multi-vanes (16) mounted between the brackets
(14,25) by passing through the shaft levers (18,45) of the brackets (14,25) respectively,
and a vane drive mechanism which drives the said vane (16) by the said shaft levers.
The method includes: mounting the vane drive mechanism and each shaft lever onto
the brackets (14,25) so that the inner end of each shaft lever extends to the inner
side of the brackets (14,25), and the outer end engages with the vane drive mechanism;
attaching the multi-vanes (16) into the inner ends of the shaft levers as a whole
and then dividing the vanes (16) into separated ones.
