Abstract:

A method of processing a formed product by a punch press, comprising a step for leaving minute connection parts (D) connecting a work (W) to a material (C) when slits (S1, S2) are formed in the work (W) along the outline of the material (C) formed in the formed product (B), a step for forming the formed product (B) by bending the material through a bent part (E) downward by the association of a metal cope (1) with a metal drag (3), and a step for dropping the formed product by disconnecting the formed product (B) from the work (W) connected to each other through the minute connection parts (D).
