Abstract:
A method for processing garbage comprises delivering garbage to a biochemical treatment pond to treat, placing the marsh gas produced in the biochemical treatment pond to an incinerator to ignite the dry garbage, having an air-separating plant for generating pure oxygen and liquid nitrogen, placing the pure oxygen to the incinerator to oxidize the garbage, sending the incinerator to burn over 1200℃, producing high-concentration carbon dioxide smoke gas, purifying the desulfurized smoke gas and obtaining purified carbon dioxide gas, generating a non-condensable gas in the processing of compressing and liquefying the carbon dioxide gas, obtaining an oxygen-enriched air by blending the non-condensable gas with the pure oxygen, placing the oxygen-enriched air into the incinerator. The method for processing garbage adopts garbage high-temperature incineration technique to greatly reduce the highly toxic gas in the smoke gas and increase the concentration of carbon dioxide gas, and it realizes the incineration process of garbage without discharging pollution and waste.
