A method for processing a graphene phenolic polymer composite air duct plate. The components and weights thereof of the technical formula of the graphene phenolic polymer composite air duct plate are: 100 kg of a phenolic resin, 4 kg of a curing agent, 5 kg of a foaming agent, and 2.5 kg of a graphene aqueous solution. The method for processing the graphene phenolic polymer composite air duct plate comprises the following steps: S1, firstly, embossing aluminum foil, and then preparing 100 kg of a phenolic resin, 4 kg of a curing agent, 5 kg of a foaming agent, and 2.5 kg of a graphene aqueous solution, so that proportional mass production can be carried out in a large amount by using the proportions; and S2, next, adding 100 kg of the phenolic resin into a premixing device and stirring same. By means of the method for processing the graphene phenolic polymer composite air duct plate, the flexibility is comparatively increased by 25%, the degree of pulverization is reduced by 10%, and the strength is also increased by 20%, so that the performance thereof is better, same is more practical and the use range thereof is expanded.
