Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for processing a heat-radiating member having a cladding structure, the method comprising the steps of: introducing a heat-radiating member having a cladding structure into an extruder in the longitudinal direction so as to manufacture a primary extruded material having a quadrangular rod shape (S10); cutting the primary extruded material at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction (S20); successively inserting the multiple cut primary extruded material units into an aluminum pipe such that core portion sections thereof, which have honeycomb shapes, are positioned in the upward direction, and then extruding same, thereby manufacturing a cylindrical secondary extruded material comprising the primary extruded material units therein (S30); and introducing the secondary extruded material into the extruder and then tertiarily extruding same, thereby manufacturing a bar-type tertiary extruded material (S40). The heat-radiating member having the cladding structure has multiple core portions having polygonal post shapes and shell portions having hollow cylinder shapes, which are formed on the peripheral surfaces of the core portions, coupled to each other. Each core portion has multiple unit cores coupled to each other, each unit core comprising a metal tube filled with multiple metal rods. The core portions have honeycomb-shaped sectional shapes.
