Abstract:
A method for processing high-strength and high-toughness fully-austenitic stainless steel, comprising the following steps: (1) performing solid-solution treatment on raw materials having certain chemical compositions, and cooling to obtain samples, the raw materials comprising the following components in percentage by weight: C: 0-0.2%, N: 0-0.2%, P ≤ 0.03%, S ≤ 0.001%, Si: 0.5-1%, Mn: 1.0-2.0%, Cr: 15-17%, Ni: 5-7%, with the balance being Fe, and the content of C and the content of N being not 0 simultaneously and the total content of C and N being 0.15-0.2%; and (2) performing hot-working deformation on the samples obtained in step (1) to obtain austenitic stainless steel. The yield strength of the stainless steel prepared by means of hot-working deformation is 2-3 times higher than that of the stainless steel prior to hot-working deformation, and the elongation thereof is 1.05-1.2 times higher than that of the stainless steel prior to hot-working deformation; and the stainless steel is of a fully-austenitic structure and is good in toughness and free of magnetism.
