Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention relate to a method for processing an instant message, a message server, a terminal, and a system. The method comprises: a message server receiving a first subscription message transmitted by a first terminal and used for subscribing to a service of a second terminal by the first terminal, the first subscription message comprising a first service subscription rule, and the first service subscription rule comprising identifier information of the first terminal and identifier information of the second terminal; and the message server duplicating the instant message according to the identifier information of the second terminal when the message server receives an instant message for which the second terminal communicates with a third terminal; and the message server sending the duplicated instant message to the first terminal according to the identifier information of the first terminal.
