Abstract:
A method for processing a solar cell panel. The method comprises the following steps: providing a plurality of cut wafers (101); arranging the plurality of wafers successively side by side, and soldering same (102); then performing a splicing operation, laying a plurality of large wafers side by side on a surface of a light-transmitting substrate and successively connecting same in series by means of conductive paper to form solar cells, disposing anode leads at head ends of the solar cells and disposing cathode leads at tail ends of the solar cells, and laying a back film on a side of the solar cells facing away from the light-transmitting substrate to form a solar cell panel spliced body (103); lighting the solar cell panel spliced body, testing the power, current, and voltage of the solar cell panel spliced body (104); performing a laminating operation on the solar cell panel spliced body after passing an inspection conducted by means of a laminator (105); and finally performing an assembly operation (106). By employing the method above for processing a solar cell panel, the processing steps may be simplified and the processing quality of the solar cell panel may be improved.
