Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for producing a 3-halogenated alkyl pyrazole derivative (3) with high yield from a low-cost starting material compound by an industrially practicable reaction operation without requiring an inefficient separation operation, while suppressing the generation of isomers. According to the present invention, a 3-halogenated alkyl pyrazole derivative represented by formula (3) is produced by reacting a compound represented by formula (1) and a compound represented by formula (2) with each other, and then reacting the resulting product with a base or an acid. (In the formulae, R1 represents a C1-6 halogenated alkyl group; each of R2 and R3 independently represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-6 alkyl group, a C6-18 aryl group, a substituted C6-26 aryl group, a C4-12 heteroaryl group or a substituted C4-30 heteroaryl group; X represents -CN, -CONR4R5 or COOR6; and each of R4, R5 and R6 independently represents a C1-6 alkyl group.)
