Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING 3-HYDROXYADIPIC ACID
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/199856
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a novel method for producing 3-hydroxyadipic acid by employing a metabolic pathway of a microorganism. This method for producing 3-hydroxyadipic acid involves a step for culturing at least one type of microorganism capable of producing 3-hydroxyadipic acid, the microorganism being selected from the group consisting of microorganisms of the genus Escherichia, microorganisms of the genus Pseudomonas, microorganisms of the genus Hafnia, microorganisms of the genus Corynebacterium, microorganisms of the genus Bacillus, microorganisms of the genus Streptomyces, microorganisms of the genus Cupriavidus, microorganisms of the genus Acinetobacter, microorganisms of the genus Alcaligenes, microorganisms of the genus Nocardioides, microorganisms of the genus Brevibacterium, microorganisms of the genus Delftia, microorganisms of the genus Shimwellia, microorganisms of the genus Aerobacter, and microorganisms of the genus Rhizobium.
