Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a method for producing an adhesive sheet having embossed shapes on both surfaces thereof and such that thermal shrinkage is small and production efficiency therefor is high. The present invention provides a method for producing an adhesive sheet having a thermoplastic resin as the main component and having embossed shapes on both surfaces thereof, the method being characterized in that: the method comprises a step of bringing one of the surfaces of die-extruded molten material, having the thermoplastic resin as the main component, into contact with the surface of a cast roll having an embossed shape on the surface thereof, while pressing the opposite surface with a nip roll having an embossed shape on the surface thereof; and one among the cast roll and the nip roll has been produced from metal while the other has been produced from rubber.
