Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for producing an alkane iodide derivative represented by formula (3), the method including causing an alkane derivative represented by formula (1) to react by contact with an alkali iodide metal salt in the presence of a quaternary ammonium salt represented by formula (2) in an organic solvent.
