Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for producing a compound represented by formula (3) (wherein R1 and R2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a C1-C6 alkyl group and Rf is a C1-C6 alkyl group containing a fluorine atom), e.g., 2-amino-2-methyl-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)propanamide, and/or a salt thereof, the method comprising chemically reacting a compound represented by formula (1) (wherein R1 and R2 have the same meanings as in formula (3)), e.g., 4,4-dimethyl-1,3-oxazolidine-2,5-dione, with a compound represented by formula (2) (wherein Rf has the same meaning as in formula (3)), e.g., 2,2,2-trifluoroethylamine, and/or a salt thereof.
