Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing, at a high yield, an aminoalkyl tetrahydropyran derivative for use in the treatment and/or prevention of pain. The present invention is a production method in which a compound represented by formula (2) or a salt thereof is reacted with a base, to be converted to an alkyl tetrahydropyran derivative represented by formula (1) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
